What If It's That Simple?

SPRING INSPIRATION:

NEW BLOG POST!

A Heartfelt Hello Reader,

I hope this message finds you well and gently present with yourself.

There’s something I’ve been sitting with lately — a question that feels both simple and quietly profound:

What if it’s that simple?

What if we are just here to be ourselves?
To truly be ourselves.
To become our truest selves.

My newest blog post, What If It’s That Simple?, is a reflection on that idea — and on the messy, human, ongoing process of showing up as we are while we’re still becoming.

Because even when we know this, it’s not always easy.

I still find myself caught up in the rush…
Trying to hold it all together,
Trying to be seen as cohesive, certain, “put together.”

But beneath all of that, there’s something more real asking to come forward.

Maybe the journey isn’t about fixing ourselves.
Maybe it’s about catching up with ourselves.

And maybe… we don’t have to leave parts of us behind to move forward.
Maybe we can bring all of who we’ve been with us — not hidden away, but integrated, seen, and understood.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re truly showing up as your fullest self…
This piece may speak to you.

We have begun to dig in, and as we excavate our stories and patterns, I can feel the rumble of limiting beliefs already starting to crack and crumble. What an exciting journey so far!

You’re not alone in this life.

I’m here too — slowly, imperfectly, honestly wriggling my way free.

And I'll keep creating more spaces for you to join me on the journey.

With love and support,
Paula

SUMMER IS IN BLOOM: Let's Celebrate! Dear Reader, Four years ago, the loose idea for Creating Space Healing Arts Community began taking tangible roots. In April 2022, I established the LLC with a vision that felt both deeply personal and surprisingly simple: to create opportunities for people to reconnect—with themselves, with one another, and with what matters most. A few months later, on August 8, 2022, I purchased an old building on Webster Avenue. Over the past four years, there have been...
